Leases -- a natural fit for the automation process -- have become the focus as well as the very core of our automation business. In 1996 we developed an automated lease drafting system for a national shopping center chain. Since then we have automated a wide range of leases for both the real estate and equipment leasing communities and their supporting counsel.

The results of our work have provided genuine benefits for our clients, and our long term clients heartily agree. One real estate investment trust client reduced their lease drafting time from 45 minutes to less than 1 minute and also increased the reliability and consistency of their output! This type of improvement has led us to expect that our client relationships will last 5 to 15 years. We provide clients with a competitive advantage and are a true force multiplier in a resource strapped marketplace.

Our company uses proven software applications from off-the-shelf document automation software to high-end, enterprise-wide xml and xsl technology.  We have improved the bottom line for clients as diverse as law firms, real estate investment trusts, and leasing departments in multi-national corporations.

We are sensitive to our client's concerns. We know we handle their most important asset -- the rules & knowledge of how they do their business. We value this trust and appreciate the faith that they place in us.
